We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your Kamakura Shirts purchase, but if an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and shirt boards are included to maintain the garment's shape.

  Ship to Japan

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package to our international distribution center in Japan.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
